Jerry - I just thought I'd
give you a heads up - Vinny and I used the smoker in a competition for the first
time this past weekend - we did well, got second in pork ribs, and 9th overall
out of 48 teams - pulled pork was excellent, Our brisket was a let down though -
we are not good at it so if you have any tips, please let me know! The
smoker was a hit too - we had tons of competitors and event visitors asking
about it, so who knows you might get some calls. Here are a few pictures from
