Prototype Test Results

We finished our prototype unit today and we are burning it in at this time. Temp stayed with in 10 degrees from one end to the other and we ran the temp up to 650 degrees. we used about 20 oak logs 16" long about 3 to 4" in diameter to burn the unit in for 7 hours.

We will let you all know how the test goes, tomorrow  is the forth of July 2005. There will be a lot of folks testing the quality of the ribs and brisket smoked in the new prototype BBQ smoker.
