Small Basic Unit
This Smoker/Grill SKU # SBU is made from new steel pipe, the basic unit is approximately 48" long, 20" in diameter and the side wall is .25" thick. Grilling area will be approximately 16" wide and 19" Deep, Smoking area will be approximately 24" wide and 19" deep. And comes with a thermometer installed. The unit will be mounted on a new manufactured trailer, that is 4' wide an 8' long. It will be made from 11 Gauge 2" sq. steel tubing , expanded raised metal floor with containment area for cooler placement, wood storage area, 2000 lb. axle, 14" white spooked wheels, tires, steel fenders and complete lighting system to include licenses plate holder. The unit will be painted with Sherwin Williams flat black high temp. paint, (see options).
SBU Grilling area (304 sq. in., Smoking area (456 sq. in.)
SBU + 1 Grilling area (418 sq. in., Smoking area (570 sq. in.)
SBU + 2 Grilling area (532 sq. in., Smoking area (684 sq. in.)
SBU + 3 Grilling area (646 sq. in., Smoking area (798 sq. in.)
Small Basic + 1', Small Basic + 2' and Small Basic + 3'
These units will be the same as the Basic with the exception of a 1', 2' or
3' extension of the Grill/Smoker, the extension of
the Grill/Smoker will be divided between the Grill and Smoker section evenly.

Medium Basic Unit
This Smoker/Grill SKU # MBU is made from new steel pipe, the basic unit is approximately 48" long, 24" in diameter and the side wall is .25" or .375" thick. Grilling area will be approximately 16" wide and 23" Deep, Smoking area will be approximately 24" wide and 23" deep. And comes with a thermometer installed. The unit will be mounted on a new manufactured trailer, that is 4' wide an 8' long. It will be made from 11 Gauge 2" sq. steel tubing , expanded raised metal floor with containment area for cooler placement, wood storage area, 2000 lb. axle, 14" white spooked wheels, tires, steel fenders and complete lighting system to include licenses plate holder. It will be made from 11 Gauge 2" sq. steel tubing , expanded raised metal floor with containment area for cooler placement, wood storage area, 2000 lb. axle (see note below), 14" white spoked wheels, tires, steel fenders and complete lighting system to include licenses plate holder. The unit will be painted with Sherwin Williams flat black high temp. paint, (see options).

LBU + 1 Grilling area (638 sq. in., Smoking area (870 sq. in.)
LBU + 2 Grilling area (812 sq. in., Smoking area (1044 sq. in.)
